A seafront paradise, private beach with shower, hot tub and extraordinary views. At Molunat in Beachhouse Becir , you go to bed with the sound of waves lapping on the rocks below, crickets chirping above, and wake to 15m of sea, sun and blue skies, surrounded by lush Mediterranean foliage. The house has terrace from which the sun can be seen both rising and setting over the sea.

You can either bask in the sun, or laze in the shade watching the sailing boats pass by: this also applies at the water's edge a few steps down from the house. One of house's great advantages is its seclusion and privacy.if you need more photos contact us and we will send you some more...

House is fully equiped with 3 double airconditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room, private beach with sunbeds and shower. Owners don't live there so you would enjoy house yourself. House is also equipped with wi-fi internet.

Molunat is a small village of around 50 houses,it is situated in region of Konavle near Dubrovnik, some 15 kilometers from Dubrovnik Airport ,close to,Cavtat,Monte Negro....

A car would be necessary

The property is a 15 min drive from the airport and some 35 minutes from the port and town of Dubrovnik. A car is advisable as public transport in Molunat is infrequent. Most major rental companies are represented in Dubrovnik town and airport. For the first time we await for our guests at the airport, and provide all the help needed.From this year on we have 2 airconditioned cars to rent to our guests.For our guests we arrange rent a car to wait for them at the airport on their request

Bedrooms

The 3 bedroom villa consists of a master bedroom with private bathroom. The master bedroom has a standard-size bed and doors opening to a terace overlooking the sea. The 2 other rooms also have standard-size beds of which one has sea view.Villa also has baby cot. All bedrooms are airconditioned.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Antonia (the owner) a message.

If Antonia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
