Casa "Javea Sands" is a newly renovated bungalow/townhouse on the La Isla Complex..

Casa Javea Sands is a 3 bedroom property . It has one spacious double bedroom DOWNSTAIRS with a bathroom which is a WET ROOM with shower. It than has one King and one Twin bedrooms upstairs along with access to a second bathroom with shower. Please note the twin & master bedroom with second bathroom are upstairs.

This self-catering property has all the modern appliances and facilities you would expect from a high quality establishment to ensure you spend the maximum time enjoying your holiday and the minimum time doing the chores. WIFI in every room. All rooms have large windows . We have terraces with outdoor furniture , sun lounges and a barbeque, allowing you to sit or dine outside and enjoy the fantastic weather . We have air conditioning in all rooms and ceiling fans. The lounge is equipped with a flat screen SAT TV, DVD player and CD player with Ipod dock. There is a selection of books , DVD's and board games. Kitchen equipment includes: electric cooker with oven, washing machine , dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker , smoothy maker, juicer and all the utensils and crockery you need for your stay.

Is it said that the well landscaped communal grounds and communal pools (3) are the best in Javea!

Prior to your check in we made contact with you to establish any medical equipment you might need us to hire, you was very clear that you required absolutely no medical equipment . We suggested that you look at the photos which show in details important areas of the house to make sure it was suitable for your needs. We did not hear from you until your checking day when you saw the were no hand rails. We referred back to photos and that there are not showing any hand rails. We did suggest several options for the bathroom to make more suitable for yourself however you declined this offer. Unfortunately you assumed there would be hand grab rails despite there being no sign of them on all the bathroom photos prior to your arrival, and you did not mention this in any communication prior to your arrival . As one of the owners of the property who is a full time wheelchair user we are very aware that everybody has different needs. For this reason we ask our guests to inform us, of any equipment they may require for their specific needs. I strongly recommend that when in the future you are booking a holiday somewhere you make a list of your important requirements and ask for confirmation before check in. We do hope you will have many happy holidays in the future.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anna (the owner) a message.

If Anna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
