Lovely and bright apartment in the Centre of Como, in a 1930s building finely and recently renovated, at a stone's throw from the port on the Lake.

The apartment,, which can accommodate up to 4 people, consists of a bright living room with balcony, two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchenette, tv, a bedroom with striking view of St. Agostine's Church, a hallway with built-in closets, a spacious bathroom with large shower and view on the roofs.

The apartment is equipped with a dual-function system, heating and air conditioning and has double glazing.

The property is served by a lift.

There are two swimming pools close to the apartment One indoor always open and an outdoor one which is seasonly.

St. Augustine area where the apartment is located, is in the city center, is full of nice, little bars and restaurants and is a short walk from the North Railway, connecting every half-hour Como to Milan city centre.

A few step from the house, you can find the pier where boats will bring you in a wonderful trip to visit all the most beautiful places of Lake.

A stone's throw from home starts the famous Viale Geno promenade, a charming place where jogging or simply enjoying the delights of the place.

At the end of the promenade, there is a beach where you can spend a relaxing and pleasant day.

Starting from the same area, you can climb the well-known Brunate hill by a typical funicular for an amazing and super panoramic trip!

Historical center of Como, with museums, restaurants and huge shopping is just 5 minutes walk.

Connection with A9 motorway is just 15 minutes away by car.

Pleasant,nice and clean apartment near to port and the city center.The only minus was parking the car near the apartment and not a lot of opportunity to swim in the lake.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Federico (the owner) a message.

If Federico (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
