Residenza degli Aranci's objective is to offer customers a unique experience in the beautiful and famous Sorrento.

Residenza degli Aranci is an elegant apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people, located on the second floor of a building renovated this year and has an elevator to the plan; environments are as follows: entrance hall, 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very large and livable room with kitchenette and sofa bed. The apartment has a large balcony, ideal for summer dinners.

The apartment has been designed to give maximum comfort to its guests, giving the ambiance and warmth of a real home. The predominant colors are those of the Mediterranean, the green water of the floors creates a path length of the apartment, to accompany all guests in the various environments dominated by warm earth tones and its flowers.

The house is located in the central area, in a strategic position that allows it to be very close to the pulsating life of the city center and at the same time enjoy all the benefits of 'being for a moment from the historic center, including the proximity to bus stops and the Circumvesuviana, as well as the presence of a convenient parking adjacent.

It's at your disposal a lovely and bright renovated apartment located in Via degli Aranci, the central area, the road parallel to the main course, the heart of life, shops, bars and restaurants and savored story immediately because the center is only a few pleasant walk through a picturesque 'alley' surmounted by ancient walls that nucleate the Bastion of Parsano, and lapped by the park Ibsen pleasant place, ideal to let the children play in the kitchen, while enjoying a cool drink at the bar or you can taste the delights of the restaurant, maybe just before you enter the show in the amphitheater.

La Residenza degli Aranci is the perfect accommodation for lovers of comfort. In fact, there is a large public car park on payment open 24 hours on 24, along the private road where it is located, a few meters there is a small supermarket with the most delicious local delicacies, two bars pastry among the most important in the area, a well-stocked newsagent, essential tobacconist, a butcher, a hairdresser's salon, a shop and a perfume.

Nice apartment in great location

This was a nice apartment located a few minutes walk from downtown Sorrento. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Our stay in Sorrento went very well.

Dear Ian, thank you so much for your kind and honest review. The apartament is very central and well located on one of Sorrento's main road. In case of some busy traffic days, closing the windows, eventually noise will not be a problem :))) About shower, yes, there is one shower in the master bedroom, but 2 bathrooms at guests disposal. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Antonio (the owner) a message.

If Antonio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
