Villa Bellissima is a stunning property set in 3500 sqm of private land combining modern design with comfort. The villa offers 4 bedrooms designed and furnished to the highest standard to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The spacious outdoor areas include landscaped gardens, terraces with mountain and bay views with comfortable seating areas and a large swimming pool. The location suits those who are looking for a total getaway and want to relax and unwind in peaceful surroundings but also those wanting to make the most of Ibiza’s attractions.

Inside the Villa

Kitchen – High level of finish equipped with all you need including dishwasher, drinking water purification tap, extra-large oven and hob, American style fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, Nutribullet and more. You also have a small indoor kitchen table and an outdoor seating terrace ideal for breakfast in the sunshine.

At the heart of the house is the central stairway with the lounge, large indoor dining area and additional seating/lounge area.

Lounge – Escape the midday heat and chill out on the comfy L sofa with chaise long while watching TV or enjoying music from the BOSE sound system. You can find UK Freeview TV and a Dvd player with a selection of movies for all ages.

The villa has air-conditioning* throughout with individual room controls, sun blinds and also black out shutters in the bedrooms to ensure a good nights sleep.

Master suite – At the end of the master suite hallway you find the Queen-size bed with views of the small palm garden. To the left a large private bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower cubicle and his/hers sinks. On the right you have a 2m x 4m walk in wardrobe – enough space no matter how many shoes you have!

Room 2 - Twin beds (can be made into King beds if needed) with sliding door wardrobes

Room 3 – Twin beds (can be made into King beds if needed) with sliding door wardrobes

(Rooms 2 and 3 share a large bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle and his/hers sinks)

Room 4 – Mezzanine level bedroom with 3 x single beds (can be made into a double if needed) and En-suite shower room, Juliet balcony and doorway to spacious roof terrace offering panoramic mountain and bay views. Villa Bellissima sleep 8 people in 4 bedrooms, on the top level we have one extra bed

The basement level we have added a pool table a treadmill and small selection of exercise equipment, and a shower room.

You can also find the utility area here with washer/dryer/iron/ironing board etc

Outside

Large swimming pool (12m x 6m) with spacious sun terrace and sunbeds for all guests to relax , there are also shaded seating areas to escape the midday sun.

Adjacent to the pool is the huge outdoor summerhouse, complete with large seating/dining area, fridge-freezer and large charcoal BBQ. For your convenience there is also a poolside toilet and outdoor shower

The grounds of the villa are entered via and electric gate and there is parking for several cars

You will also see a small traditional Ibicencan fishing boat which is now home to a small cactus garden.

The spacious outdoor areas include landscaped gardens, terraces with mountain and bay views with comfortable seating areas and a large swimming pool.

Villa Bellissima comfortably sleep 8 people in 4 bedrooms, on the top level we have one extra bed. For families/groups please contact us with your requirements

-The villa has an alarm system and a safety deposit box.

-In order to keep the cost of the villa as low as possible we ask that if air con is required a small in resort supplement is paid (100€).

-Mid-week towel change and extra cleaning can be arranged on request (addition charges)

-Cots and highchairs can be provided free of charge for families

Hi , I do understand the frustration here and we have been speaking for months now about this but in response I can only reiterate what we have said on the other sites you have left this review. As always we take all feedback on board and especially something as serious as the situation we encountered while here. A break in at a property is one of the worse things that can happen for guests and also for ourselves. The house is fully alarmed to a monitored system that first connects to a security company and then to the police. As soon as the alarm was raised we notified you and at the same time i was 10 mins away so dashed there. we realised it wasn't a false alarm en-route and when I arrived the window had been forced and it was apparent at that time there had been an attempted break in or break in. We told you of this and even though you were at a restaurant 20 mins walk away you did not want to come back to the house and asked me to come get the keys to take a look inside (which i could not do) Then the police arrived and looked all around the property but again could not enter the house with out you there. We called again and was told someone was en route but 30 mins later and two phone calls nothing. The police could no longer wait for you and had to go. I had been waiting over an hour at this point and also had to leave saying that when you return to let us know if anything had been taken because at this point it looked like only an attempted break in. When you returned unfortunately the worse situation had happened - you contacted us to say items had been stolen. There truly is nothing worse than this however in the villa we have a large safe where items such as passports, money, valuables should be stored and this is reiterated at check in by our house managers - I do not understand why your items were not placed here. After the event we were lucky to find the passport and also tried our best to help by assisting where we could and be in contact. when home you sent me a message to say "Despite the start of our holiday we had a great time and will definitely be back" I'm not taking away the seriousness of this as its an awful situation and we have added extra security measures since. The house is fully alramed and has security cameras and a large safe. In addition I understand that you have been in contact with airbnb and they are unable to assist with the insurance claim either. Best wishes
