The house is within the city centre of Kuala Lumpur in the Chow Kit / PWTC area. Almost all the attractions of KL are within 10 mins taxi ride from the house. Furthermore, the house is next door to PWTC LTR station - connecting to the KL public transport network will take you anywhere within the city very conveniently. For added convenience, another station on the public transport network, on a different line - Putra is also a 10 mins walk away. A brand new shopping mall - Sunway Putra mall opened in May 2015 next door to the house. The mall offers dining and shopping options.

The large house has a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bath. The master bedroom features a king size bed; good for couple with infant. The additional sofa bed can sleep 2 more guests.

The other bedroom has a queen bed and separate wardrobe for it. This room is perfect for another couple in the group or kids in the family.

The unit got ample space for 1 more rollover bed to accommodate additional guests.

The large living space with sofa is attached to a large balcony. With spectacular view of KL skyline the living room can be the perfect place for relaxation and lounging with family and friends.

One common bath and an additional lavatory serves any visiting guest well.

If you want to spend some quality time at home, use the kitchenette for a good meal. The fully equipped kitchen and tablewares will help you prepare a meal and savour with family. The large oriental dining table can seat 6 people.

The room is spacious and clean, host was very helpful, cooking utensils function well, and most importantly, the wifi works extraordinarily fast. Will definitely come back again sometimes.

Why can't I call Niaz (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Niaz (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Niaz (the owner) a message.

If Niaz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
