The apartment has two bedrooms, both with balcony, built-in wardrobe and electronic shutters. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the sun terrace. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds and also has a balcony.

The apartment has two bathrooms, one en-suite. Both bathrooms are fitted with a bath and shower facility, basin, bidet, toilet and heated towel rail.
The master bathroom has a luxury Jacuzzi bath.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, boiler, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Patio doors provide direct access to the balcony. Crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils are provided.
Living Room
The spacious living room is open plan with comfortable seating and separate dining area, opening onto the sun terrace for sun-bathing and dining. TV, and DVD player are available. A wood burning fireplace and gas central heating provide winter warmth.
Cleaning / Service
Towels and cotton bed linen will be changed weekly.

The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival and weekly for customers staying longer than one week.

The apartment's large sun-facing terrace provides the perfect place for relaxation, sun-bathing and dining. The terrace overlooks the swimming pool within the development as well as offering views of the sea, laguna and the town centre.
The terrace also has outdoor dining furniture to make the most of the view as well as 2 sun loungers for relaxation and to soak up the sun.
The swimming pool is exclusive to the development, measuring 15 x 8 meters and providing ample surrounding space for sun bathing. There is also a children's pool and shower facility.
The apartment is on the 3rd (top) level and is serviced by an elevator as well as the stairs. The apartment is spaciously laid out on a single level with a balcony accessible from every room (bathrooms excluded).
