Our beautiful villa is located in the traditional village of Peyia and conveniently placed 25 mins drive from Paphos Airport, 15 mins drive from Paphos town and 5 mins drive to Coral Bay Beach resort. The centre of Peyia village, complete with restaurants, tavernas, banks and shops is only five or so minutes walk along a well-lit road.
Inside, we have a fully-equipped kitchen, full air conditioning/central heating in every room and a real fire in the lounge, offering year-round comfort. The villa has been tastefully decorated to an exceptional standard. It truly is luxurious accommodation that regularly receives 5* recommendations and reviews.

ABOUT THE AREA
Peyia Village square, with its traditional Cypriot Tavernas, serving local dishes also has banks, a post-office, bars, tavernas, restaurants and supermarkets. Our Villa is just a 5-7 minute walk into the Village Square, which is the centre of all amenities. There is a nearby gym with daily fitness classes for the active people.
Peyia Village Centre is a 5 minute drive from Coral Bay beach resort and our villas have panoramic sea views. Paphos, the main town, which has a bustling harbour, market, shops & nightlife is 15 minutes coastal drive to the south. The well-known fishing harbour of Latchi, the mythical baths of Aphrodite and the Polis town are a 25 minutes scenic drive away from the villa. A 10 minute drive up the coast will take you to the picturesque bay of St. George, leading to the Akamas peninsula, an area of natural beauty.
