This lovely ground floor apartment will ensure a wonderful holiday for you and your children. It is on safe residential complex with a nice pool in the centre and surrounded by beautiful gardens.  

The house is equipped with all you might need for a lovely holiday, with air con in all rooms included inthe price also.  You will not need a car as the local bars and restaurants are 5 minutes walk and the beach a 10 minute walk away.

The area is perfect for outdoor activities, waterspouts, cycling and waking.  Several golf courses are close and there are lots of activities for active holiday makers.

Los Alcazares is still a typically Spanish town.  You can enjoy yourself here with small children or spend a longer winter period. People are friendly and welcoming and you will want to come back time and time again.

This is the perfect place if you want to enjoy a perfect holiday.

For arrivals after 21.00 there is a extra charge of 20 euros, to be paid to the key holder on arrival.

Excellent service from point of booking until check out. Only slight issue no Sun beds had buy one. Debbie and Carla were always available and were first class.

Hi Heidi Many thanks for your review. I would like to respond to your comments as follows: - All our properties are supplied with 1 bath and 1 hand towel per person, and a washing machine and tumble dryer is supplied at this property to wash them if you wish to. We do supply beach towels if requested, but they weren't on this occasion. The bedding was not old and threadbare, but as you did mention we did come back that day and replace the bedding for you with brand new bedding (this had never been used, just washed before 1st use) We will raise the issue regarding the musty smell with the owner to see if there is anything that can be done to improve this. In a self catering apartment, salt, pepper etc is not supplied, purely because it has been opened previously, you do no know how long it has been there etc, all previous items are removed for the same reason. Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
