This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located on a quiet street, in a gated community on the south coast of the island. The property is located near the end of a cul-de-sac with very limited traffic flow and makes a wonderful home away from home for couples and families alike (Occupancy permitted - 6 people with a maximum of 5 adults. Children are defined as being 12 years of age or under). Two of the three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Both bedrooms are large and each has its own en suite bathroom, making this an ideal rental for two couples. The third bedroom is located on the main floor and contains a double bed. There is a separate full bathroom (with shower) adjacent to this bedroom. This would be an ideal bedroom for someone who has difficulty with stairs.All of the bedrooms are air conditioned and are also equipped with ceiling fans. The living area is spacious and contains a fully equipped kitchen with an eating bar. The dining area seats four, with additional seating for four on the patio where advantage can be taken of the warm temperatures and pleasant tropical breezes. The living room is equipped with a TV with cable. There are ceiling fans in the living room, dining room and kitchen..

When a tentative reservation is received , we will hold this space for 4 days from the date of booking. During this time, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit by date advised in order to confirm the booking.

On receipt of the deposit, you will receive a confirmation that the dates are held for you and information as to when the final payment is due.

Payment for the balance of the rental is due 40 days prior to your arrival. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations cancelled by the Client before arrival.

Cancellation - Any payments that have been made prior to your cancellation date are non-refundable.

Clients are strongly advised to purchase travel cancellation insurance to cover the cost of having to cancel a booking due to unforseen circumstances.

In the event that unforseen circumstances dictate that we are unable to provide the accomodation that has been confirmed we will offer a full refund.

Early departures will not be refunded.

A refundable damage deposit of GBP 400 (US$500) is required for all short term rentals

The large patio (14 ft. x 14ft.), located off the living room is completely covered and is an excellent area for relaxing or having a cool drink. When at home, much of the day and evening can be spent on the patio enjoying the weather and the lush tropical vegetation and colourful flowers which surround the patio and pool.

The private pool and pool deck are adjacent to the patio. The pool is 14 ft. long, faces south southeast and is sun drenched throughout most of the day. The pool and pool deck are surrounded by a fence, which, along with bushes and trees lining the fence, provide privacy for both swimmers and sun bathers.

Parking is available on the property for two vehicles.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Guy & Sally (the owner) a message.

If Guy & Sally (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
