Il podere Le Rogheta, ad 1 km dal villaggio di Campiglia d Orcia, in provincia di Siena, è in luogo collinare e si affaccia su un ampio e splendido panorama.

Siamo nel Parco Artistico-Naturale-Culturale della VAL D ORCIA, dichiarato nel 2004 dall UNESCO Patrimonio dell Umanità.

Un area che coniuga la bellezza unica della campagna toscana a rinomati e preziosi centri artistici quali PIENZA, MONTEPULCIANO, MONTALCINO, S.QUIRICO D ORCIA, suggestivi centri termali come BAGNO VIGNONI e BAGNI SAN FILIPPO, e piccoli borghi fermi nel tempo.

Anche il mare non è lontano, circa un ora e mezza per arrivare alla spiaggia “nature” di Alberese, area marina protetta nel Parco dell'UCCELLINA, vicino a Grosseto. Meno di un'ora, invece, per raggiungere il bel LAGO DI BOLSENA, o i suggestivi luoghi etruschi di PITIGLIANO, SORANO, SOVANA.

Il nostro agriturismo è un vecchio podere ristrutturato, collocato in Val d Orcia, nei pressi della via FRANCIGENA, che nel medioevo veniva percorsa dai tanti Pellegrini che si recavano a Roma.

La casa principale ha due appartamenti (Casa Claudia al piano terra e Casa Letizia al piano primo) con ingressi indipendenti.

Gli annessi sono una vecchia porcilaia, oggi "laboratorio" per fare marmellate e conserve ed un vecchio fienile.

La struttura è circondata da campi di proprietà, di cui 7 ettari catalogati come seminativi e 3 ettari sono coltivati ad uliveto.

CASA CLAUDIA ha due camere matrimoniali ed un ampio salone con zona cucina, separata dal soggiorno da un grande arco. Si può pranzare nel grande tavolo ed apprezzare il calore del camino acceso nei periodi più freddi. Durante la bella stagione è sicuramente più piacevole mangiare sotto il panoramico portico, che dà sull aia o nell aia stessa, per godere appieno della vista della campagna e di Pienza

Why can't I call Letizia (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Letizia (the owner) a message.

If Letizia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
