The accommodation at Villa Stone is spacious, comfortable and contemporary in design with each room offering a pool, mountain and a view to Dubrovnik Riviera but ideally loacted just over the border into the quieter region and country of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Relax and chill on the terrace, the outdoor lounge area is ideal for a morning coffee, a game of cards or pre-dinner cocktails. After a long day sight-seeing, soothe those tired feet in the jacuzzi and just drift away in your thoughts and our view! You wont want to get out!

The open plan lounge area offers comfortable sofa's, coffee table,Wi-Fi, satellite TV and patio door opening onto the terrace and pool.

A fully fitted kitchen offers everything for modern day living, with breakfast bar dining facilities. Complete with a fridge/freezer,Ice making machine, dish washer and microwave and another dinning table comfortably seating 8.

Crockery is provided for any event from a BBQ to a dinner party.

A Highchair can also be provided.

Both Master bedrooms have locally handmade King-size beds,with quality mattresses and linen, both are en suite and have fitted wardrobes.

The modern en suites have walk in showers and 'His and Her' sinks.

Each Twin room again have handmade beds and quality fittings, the possibility of additional beds being added, fitted wardrobes and have adjacent bathrooms.

One of the Master bedrooms and a Twin room share a balcony with additional table and chairs.

Extra beds or cots can be provided.

There is a completely separate laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities shared with the neighboring villa.

Pool heating is INCLUDED in the villa price in all months except July and August. We have modern strong heating pumps but due to our elevated position and the drop in nighttime temperatures we find it difficult to heat the pool to a temperature suitable for swimming, especially in the early months of the year and towards the latter part of the season. It is not a guarantee. (if you require pool heating in July or August it is provided at £15 per day).

NB: The pool will not be filled from end November till April, as it is difficult to heat in the winter months.

Where possible we do like to meet and greet guests in person and welcome you by showing you around the property and explaining the facilities. If you are arriving late, we will inform you as to where you can collect a key and then our property manager will visit you, at your conveniece the following day. We have a welcome brochure with places of recommendation to visit, restaurants with directions etc and our property manager is usually on hand to help with bookings and general enquiries about the area.

Why can't I call Sara (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sara (the owner) a message.

If Sara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
