Located in Atlantic Bays Holiday Park, the chalet is set amidst 27 acres of peaceful parkland in Cornwall. The park's facilities include an onsite shop and launderette as well as an outdoor children's play area, BBQ area, and during the Summer there is a snack and drinks bar available.
Atlantic Bays Holiday Park is one mile from St Merryn which has two restaurants, two pubs (Rick Stein new owner of Cornish Arms) and an award winning fish and chip shop within two miles of seven beautiful sandy beaches and three miles from Padstow, an historic working fishing port on the river Camel estuary. The Atlantic Bays estate is ideally located for exploring North Cornwall and only half an hour's drive from the Eden Project. Newquay and Wadebridge are nearby, 20mins and 30mins drive away respectively. Be it walking, fishing, cycling, swimming, surfing, body boarding or just simply relaxing, this is an ideal location for your holiday.

The chalet park is geared towards families and couples. It is unsuitable for groups of under 18s or groups/party goers and, in the interest of fellow holiday makers, such bookings will not be accepted and access to the site will be refused. Dogs/pets are currently not permitted (except for guide dogs). A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking, if cancelled this will only be refunded if the chalet is let again. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your holiday commencement date. A £100 security bond is also payable at the time of paying the balance - this will be returned once the chalet has been checked over for damage/breakages. There are no hidden charges - prices stated include electricity, water and a thorough, professional clean prior to your arrival. All guests are asked to check in at Reception on arrival and to please adhere to the 5mph speed limit. Key collection/cleans are not dealt with by the site management. Details of key collection, chalet's location and directions will be provided upon receipt of holiday balance.
