The small and secure family residence 'FIOR 50' offers you a haven of freshness and rest with its two swimming pools nestled in lush greenery, including a children's pool. On the Costa Verde, 45 km south of Bastia and Cap Corse, the municipality of Santa Maria Poggio is located 2 km from the seaside resort of Moriani Plage and only 800 m from the sandy beach of Vanga di Oru. The mini villa with an area of 62 m² on 2 levels, exposure is west, has a very good sun. The living room is extended by a terrace of 12 m² overlooking a green area away from any noise and 2 not swimming pools; it has 2 spacious and bright rooms. For even more space, we offer it for 4 people only and possibility extra baby bed. Free Wifi from the box. - LIVING ROOM DINING: Large room of 31 m² equipped with a sofa chaise, coffee table, a storage cabinet, a wardrobe, a flat screen TV, the table and its 6 chairs and an air conditioner. This one is prolonged of a private TERRACE (east exposure) sheltered from its blind, with sight on a space of greenery. KITCHEN ALL EQUIPPED:. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If BERNARD (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
