L'arbre Magnolia is a restful retreat from the everyday, offering privacy and tranquility for that perfect get-away-from-it-all holiday. L'arbre Magnolia is furnished in a relaxed style, with the interior of a modern decoration and has 2 floors.

The ground floor has a large kitchen, the ideal place to make use of your cooking talents with fresh products found in local markets. It is fully equipped, with fitted units, granite worktops, a fitted refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher and toaster. The dining area has an attractive solid oak table with eight chairs and a good focal point for your group to get together over dinner and a glass of wine. Leading off the hall is a twin room with fitted wardrobe and views of the garden. Opposite this room there is a WC with wash basin and fitted shower.

A wooden spiral staircase leads upstairs to a modern, spacious, comfortably furnished living room with large sofas, yew wood furniture, to create a relaxing living area. Satellite TV (English and French channels) WiFi, stereo and DVD player are also on hand. This level also houses two more large bedrooms. One has twin beds and the other is a spacious master bedroom with large en-suite. The master bedroom is beautiful and spacious and offers a soothing and quiet atmosphere. Beds are made up upon your arrival, you just have to unpack your suitcases! From the master bedroom, patio doors open out on to a balcony. There is wooden garden furniture and a parasol where you can take your morning coffee overlooking the countryside or dine 'al fresco'.

Our child friendly gites are ideal for families, with facilities onsite to amuse children of all ages, including ping pong and a pool table - we provide toys/games, and books from the library. There is so much land for children to run around freely and everyone to find their own private space to relax and unwind.

The pool (open end May - end Sept) is situated to the rear of the buildings in a secluded private sun trap, with a lovely open aspect and views of the local wooded area. The pool has easy access by steps, with loungers and parasols for your comfort, pool-side lights and under-water illumination. The pool is shared with La Maison de Rebeyrat. We have found after running the business for 13 years now that this works extremely well as the children from the two gites make friends and entertain themselves. It is cleaned and maintained on a daily basis, and is fully compliant with French law. The rear enclosed garden, shared by both gites, has a gas bbq where you can enjoy outdoor dining at the table and chairs provided. You can also watch for wildlife, such as deer, birds, including eagles, hoopoe, black redstart and woodpeckers, from the comfort of the loungers. On a dark clear night, the starry sky is spectacular. Rebeyrat Gites is a fantastic location for families seeking an active yet relaxing holiday with something on offer for everyone, a good base to visit the many historic and other sites of interest in the area. These gîtes are ideal for groups of families or friends wanting to holiday together as the two independent gîtes can be rented together allowing you to maintain your privacy and still enjoy each other’s company whilst on holiday.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mairi (the owner) a message.

If Mairi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
