Centrally located at the popular "Bonanza Square".This is a "lived in" stylish apartment suitable for families or small group of friends who are looking for a comfortable relaxing holiday, a real home away from home, not to be confused with the cheap and crowded purchased to let ones. Decorated in Andalucian style inside an elegant secure Apartment Block. It has easy access by Lift or stairs. Spacious well equipped swimming pool with shallow end for Children, shared by very few residents. Well maintained gardens. All services are Free of charge: Dedicated 300 MB fiber Optics internet connection with Wi-Fi throughout the apartment; Central Air Conditioning/heating; International TV. NO COIN METERS. Benalmádena is also served by regular bus services, Mijas, Marbella, Puerto Banus are within easy reach, Gibraltar is a 12 euro return trip by coach.There are at least 5 supermarkets, 2 minutes' walk away.     Thank you very much for your generous comments, hopefully the workmen did not interfere too much with your enjoyment. In theory the work should have been finished a month earlier, but they added some needed details at the end, hence the delay.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Gary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
