Prime location, High standing, Spotless...

Located on the the most prestigious residential road of Nice, boulevard Victor Hugo in the heart of Carré d'or, This luxury 2 bedroom art deco-style apartment of 100 square meter is at only two minute walking distance from the "Pedestrian zone", Promenade des Anglais and the sea and at only 5 minute walk from the main shopping district (Avenue Jean Medecin). The apartment faces south and north and it's trans versant.

Furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style, with King size bed and high quality mattresses, the apartment is both elegant and comfortable.

High speed wireless and cabled internet access, local and international TV channels and a large 47inch flat screen SmartTV allow you to remain connected during your stay.

I will respond to inquiries sent by e-mail everyday from 2pm within maximum the next 1 to 2 hours after their reception.

Dear Gayda, Thank you for your review on our holiday rental.It was a great pleasure to have you. Please allow me to rectify that the apartment is located on Boulevard Victor Hugo and, as you surely know, Victor Hugo is a French writer and not a musician. So the location of the apartment as you mention is not in "Musiciens District" but in Carre d'or (Golden Square). The musician district starts after BD victor hugo and it's located outside of the golden square. BD Victor Hugo is one of the most prestigious streets in Nice with mostly bourgeois and art-deco buildings and we tried our best to keep the charm and authenticity of the apartment while modernizing it. For example, we renovated the bathrooms but we kept the bathroom sink which is from 1900-1920. So far our guests were pleasantly surprised and appreciated the authenticity of the apartment ,but I can understand that some people may less appreciate ancient pieces or the old plaster work on ceilings, etc. Anyway I am happy that you have enjoyed your stay and looking forward to have you back.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Remy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
