This is a beautiful traditional wooden pine lodge with high beamed ceilings **LOG BURNER, broadband WIFI and is privately owned and situated on the Duck Lagoon at Tattershall Lakes Country Park. The Lodge boasts **A TOP OF THE RANGE AMERICAN DELUXE HOT TUB** Private fishing pegs are only a few feet from the patio doors and a decked patio area where you can just sit back and relax whatever the weather with the addition of a gazebo sited in its own secluded gardens. Why not enjoy a beer or glass of complimentary bubbly and take in the true beauty of this spot which boasts direct views across the Duck Lagoon, one of the most sort after areas of the park. Fishing from here is in the deeper part of the lake which is stocked with Tench, Carp, Rudd, Roach, Pike Bream and Perch. (specimen carp up to 25lb) all fishing fees included in the price. Waterside has two comfortable black Italian leather sofas and a modern 6 seated glass dining table, ideal for those family meals together. Ample coffee table space, 43 inch flat screen Smart TV and DVD player (with large selection of dvds) All mod cons in the kitchen including Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle Toaster and cookware. Three good sized bedrooms, a deluxe king-size bed to the main bedroom with flat screen T.V bedside tables and lamps, along with ample wardrobe space and free standing dressing table with a triple mirror ideal for getting ready for that special evening out . Bedroom 2 hosts a beautiful wooden ash bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table and mirror and two wardrobes large enough to accommodate every women's attire. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds both with bedside table and lamp and chest of drawers. The Bathroom has a walk in shower enclosure sink with fitted cupboard a double glass vanity wall cabinet along with a shaving point/toothbrush charger and heated chrome radiator. The Utility room has a washing machine, iron, ironing board and Hoover, along with a combi boiler which provides full gas central heating throughout. Outside is equipped with a large washing line.
Waterside has been tastefully decorated throughout with every attention to detail, the gardens have been landscaped and kept very rustic in line with the surroundings. A lawn area to the front, back and side, paved patio and decking area with a six seated rattan patio table ready for that alfresco dining sited underneath a large gazebo. To the side is also an area of artificial grass. Relax in the garden and take in the beauty of this spot. Deck chairs for fishing are also provided. An additional shed is provided for all guests fishing tackle, bicycles and prams etc.. There is ample car parking for two cars on a private driveway, and additional parking to the rear of the property.
I always greet my guests with the keys and show them around, in winter the heating and fire will be lit ready for your arrival, I would never expect you to enter a cold lodge its always warm cosy and inviting. I live on site manage the property myself and take great personal pride in it.
Lots of activities are located within easy reach, 360 acres of woodland to explore with an abundance of wildlife, ideal for the bird enthusiast. walkers and cyclists. An inflatable water park is now in operation located at The Main Complex..Jet bike hire (subject to age) Children's outdoor and indoor splash/adventure playground with Crazy Golf and Archery along with weekly entertainment programmes. There is also a man made outdoor beach area equipped with deck chairs and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool area, sauna and steam room and gym facilities for those who just want to keep fit. (passes required from guest services per stay to use any of the leisure facilities) A new addition to the site is a outdoor inflatable lake sited climbing area. Check for up to date prices. A variety of slot machines and games in the Merlin Complex to keep the kids occupied along with a new cocktail bar for the adults where you can sample an exciting array of drinks. The Propeller Bar is where you can sample an exciting menu of food to eat in takeaway or order for onsite delivery. The site also has cycle hire with a good selection to choose from.
Children's entertainment and Cabaret with also Bingo and Karaoke nights (seasonal April to October for all onsite facilities)
Nearby are several Golf Courses and for the enthusiast a championship course at Woodhall Spa (10 minute drive away)
RAF Coningsby is just a 10 minute drive away, home to the famous Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Visitors Centre, where you can see the Lancaster Spitfires and Hurricanes that fly over giving spectacular entertainment right on your doorstep. RAF Coningsby is a response unit so night flying for training purposes can be heard occasionally.
The local village of Woodhall Spa 10 mins away hosts several good restaurants catering for all tastes of cuisine around the world, and of course the Kinema in the woods is well worth a visit, its like going back in time !!!

Why not visit the historic town of Lincoln just a short drive away, take in the beauty of the area and then hit the shops, go on treat yourself with a bit of retail therapy !!!
A little further a field (40km to the nearest beach ) then why not take a trip to the East Coast for that special day out, sample award winning fish and chips then roll up those trousers for a paddle in the sea and a stroll along the beautiful stretches of sandy beaches.
The kids will love the variety of arcades on offer and of course the trip would not be complete without a game of crazy golf.
