Fully enclosed holiday villa with a private heated swimming pool offering four separate self-contained apartments with their own private balconies, a communal living-/kitchen area, terrace with a traditional stone grill, outdoor shower and children's playground

This spacious holiday villa is located in a quiet residential area on a small peninsula in the picturesque Dalmatian village of Seget Vranjica, an ideal place for holidaying with the extended family or groups of friends close to the beach.

The villa is spread over three floors and features a total living space of approx. 240 m² divided into four separate apartments that can accommodate up to 16 persons. The self-contained apartments can only be booked together permitting you to enjoy your holidays in absolute privacy. Each apartment has its own separate entrance and consists of a small living-/dining area and integrated open plan kitchen, one triple bedroom and a bathroom. Apartments 1 and 2 are on the first floor, an outer staircase leads to the second floor where you will find apartments 3 and 4. The living area in each apartment is equipped with a sofa and a dining table with chairs and the kitchen offers a four hob cooker, extractor hood, fridge complete with freezer compartment, coffee machine, electric kettle and a toaster. All triple bedrooms are furnished with a 200 cm x 200 cm double bed and a 100 cm x 200 cm single bed. The sofas in the living room can be extended into an additional single bed to provide sleeping space for a second child. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, wash basin and a toilet. The bedrooms in all four apartments have direct access to their own private balconies which are furnished with a table and chairs, with the ones on the upper storey even offering views up to the sea.

The ground floor hosts the communal area consisting of a living-/dining area, fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom. The air conditioned living area is furnished with two comfortable black leather four seater sofas and matching armchair, a flat screen satellite and cable television, stereo system, a desk with a fax machine and PlayStation. Next to the seating area is a large sold wood dining table with six chairs. The fully fitted kitchen offers a dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, fridge complete with freezer compartment, coffee machine, electric kettle and a toaster. The modern bathroom has a generous walk-in shower and a large wash basin with a wall cabinet and mirror, a toilet and a washing machine. Reliable WiFi internet access is offered free of charge, three baby cots and two high chairs are also available.

The communal living area gives direct access to the 50m² private heated swimming pool with hydro massage and adjacent 80m² sun deck surrounded by shade providing trees and offering plenty of sun loungers and sun shades. An outdoor shower and toilet provide additional comfort. Next to the pool the 40m² covered terrace with three wooden tables and benches, a traditional stone grill and a sink invites you to eat your lunch in the nice cool shade and spend long barbecue evenings together under the starlit sky. Between the house and the pool is a rustic summer kitchen with a staircase leading down to your villa's own wine cellar. Children will appreciate the playground with a swing and slides in the enclosed garden area.

The small tourist village of Seget Vranjica is located about 4 kilometers west of Trogir, a famous historic city and heritage site under UNESCO protection. The small Cape Vranjica peninsula has many beautiful sandy and rocky beaches and offers breathtaking views of the Adriatic islands of Solta and Drvenik. Your holiday villa is located only approximately 500m away from the nearest beach where you will find a boat rental and a tennis court. You can explore the vineyards and olive groves of the surrounding countryside on the many walking and cycling paths in the immediate vicinity of the villa. The nearby islands and islets are ideal for excursions by boat. The nearest shopping facilities are approx. 200m away, restaurants and cafes are about 300m away. The airport is only approx. 8km away.

How do damage deposits work?
