charming independent apartment of 90 m2, on the ground floor of a house located at 5mins walk from the famous gardens of the fountain and near to the city center we find ourselves in, foot about 15mins of arenas that you .this let along the canal from the fountain beautiful place! this apartment. consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a 45m2 living room with flat screen TV, a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed 160cm and a room with 2 beds 90cm, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, separate toilet. In addition you will have a pool in the garden, a dining area with a barbecue and a plancha with sun loungers, table tennis and private parking .Nimes is a city with many Roman monuments (square house, Arenes, etc .. ) you can visit your mood and this walk .but you also 10 meters from the house a bus stop to take you there or you see golf pool seems, cinema, etc ... Nimes is located between the Camargue where you can visit Aigues died, the holy Mary of the sea the grau du Roi, with its beautiful white sand beaches, Montpellier, Avignon, the famous Pont du Gard and the Cevennes (Anduze and its bamboo) etc and everything about 1/2 hour drive to nimes All for a great vacation in the south of France!

Why can't I call Jacky (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jacky (the owner) a message.

If Jacky (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
