Nestled in quiet country Village of Ripenda only 2.5km to Labin Town and 2.5km to Rabac Port/ beach.Ground floor has spacious open plan living with high ceilings. 1st floor 3 large bedrooms and bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. Decorated to a high standard by interior designer in contemporary style. Under floor heating, air-conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen for eating inside and out. 50''smart TV, Private swimming pool and terraces, brick BBQ, outdoor lighting. 5 min walk to local restaurants serving lovely authentic home grown produce and great local wine. Beautiful mountain views from all aspects. Very peaceful surroundings. Private wooden furnished terrace for peaceful dining alfresco. House surrounded by trees for privacy and shade when needed. This region prides itself on family type tourism but its been my experience that it suits all types of holiday makers.

All year round activities include Hunting, Fishing, Wine/olive oil/cheeses tours, festivals. Wine tours and truffle hunting can be arranged through the Owner. For young people look up the events guide for concerts and festivals and for the sporty types try the scuba diving, tennis, zip wires, Croatia's largest aquarium, horse riding etc....On the beach you will find entertainment for all. Go on an excursion, hire a boat, eat a home made ice cream, drink cocktails, have a spa treatment, play table tennis, go parasailing or go on a banana boat, take up jet skiing. try scuba diving. There is just so much to do locally, but hire a car is necessary for you to explore the Istrian Peninsula. Check out the many wine festivals on in the region or visit the vineyards and sample the beautiful wines of the area.Nestled in the hills near Labin, an Old Venetian town full of art galleries, fine restaurants and cafe bars. This was an old mining town steeped in history. The area is full of vineyards and beautiful countryside ideal for long walks or bike rides. The beautiful pebble beaches of Rabac is 2.5km away where you can enjoy all sea sports including scuba diving, jet skiing, sailing or daily excursions to the many islands. Other sports such as tennis and horse riding are also available locally. The daily open market is a must for buying local produce and fresh fish/meat. Hire a car and take a drive to the ancient town of Pula 35km away where concerts are performed from May to September in The famous Roman Amphitheater. Take a coastal drive to Icici and Opatia and see the many marina's and casinos. Nearest airport in Pula. 35km from house, Rijecka (KRK) 1 1/2 hours drive from house, Venice 3.5 hours drive.Fly there direct from most European cities Ryan Air, Lufthansa, Croatian Airway , German wings, City Jet, Aer Lingus to name but a few,have regular flights to Pula throughout the Summer.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dee (the owner) a message.

If Dee (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
