Imagine, being on holidays, waking up and the first thing You see from balcony are hundreds of boats, flying next to You on the crystal blue sea and taking breath.

Villa Butigan is located in new part of Dubrovnik, away from the hustle and bustle. Just 2 km from the Old Town. Apartment is situated on raised first floor of an old Dalmatian stone property. Modern yet traditional in style, apartment offer guests spacious accommodation for pleasant holiday. Apartment is made up of three separate double bedrooms with a wardrobe and the fourth room has also double bed and a wardrobe with fold out sofa capacity for two persons, three bathrooms features shower and separate kitchen, fully equipped kitchen/diner/lounge area. The living room, separate kitchen and two of the bedrooms have a sea facing windows. Further, there is large terrace overlooking the sea and new port, equipped with table and chairs and garden furniture for outdoor dining and barbecue. Air conditioning, fan and sat TV provided as well as private parking, BBQ and WiFi.

If You like, You can take bus number 3, which is going every half an hour to the Old Town. Bus station is only 100 m from accommodation and It is easy way to see main attractions, in 10 minutes by bus or 5 minutes by car.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Antonija (the owner) a message.

If Antonija (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
