Completed in 2006 the house is traditional in style with 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10 plus cot) and stunning mountain views in a beautiful alpine village. Short walk to restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Located at the base of Triglav National Park and is perfect for winter or summer - skiing resorts easily accessible. Wifi. It is spacious (160m2) with a large lounge, dining room and kitchen breakfast room. It has 2 bathrooms, a laundry and WiFi. The bedrooms all have stunning views and have access to balconies. A cot is available for use. The village of Mojstrana has 2 restaurants, a bakery, 2 bars and a supermarket within short walking distance. There is also a tourist office and post office. In the cellar are mountain bikes and a table tennis table for guests use. Outdoor activities are in ample supply in all seasons and include lake swimming, white water rafting, hiking, fly fishing, climbing, mountain biking, skiing, tobogganing etc. Fantastic family destination - house is perfect for 2 families to share.

Easy to visit the more substantial towns of Bled (with the famous lake, church & castle, 25 mins drive) and Kranjska Gora(15 mins drive) and the capital, Ljubljana (45 mins drive). Transfer time from Ljubljana Airport is 30 mins by car. The Green House is 10 mins from the Austrian border and 25 mins from the Italian border by car which makes for great summer and winter exploring.

Why can't I call Rob (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rob (the owner) a message.

If Rob (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
