Vue magnifique, très calme, ensoleillé, avec grand balcon très agréable sans vis à vis direct où l'on peut petit déjeuner, manger, prendre un café... !

Une location conçue comme une chambre d'hôte avec tout le confort d'un chez soi en vacances !

Avec un accueil normand personnalisé, cidre, poiré ou jus de fruit 100% normand et une surprise pour votre premier petit déjeuner !

Descriptif:

- Grand salon avec parquet, 2 couchages: 1 lit double Queen Size (160 X 200) + 1 lit simple (sommier à latte) et possibilité de rajouter un lit bébé. Informations sur la région, petite bibliothèque normande et de détente, télévision Led 81 cm,... et ventilateur !

- Cuisine séparée équipée d'un frigo-congélateur, cuisinière vitrocéramique et four, micro onde, lave vaisselle, bouilloire, machine à expresso Dolce Gusto.

A l'arrivée, vous trouverez le nécessaire de base pour un café, un thé ou cuisiner.

- Salle de douche avec douche à l'italienne multi-jets, lavabo, sèche cheveux, toilettes et lave linge

- Entrée avec dressing et coin bureau séparé (possibilité ethernet)

- grand balcon terrasse fleuri avec vue et table pour déjeuner dehors ☀️

Attention, du fait de l'augmentation du cout de l'énergie, un relevé de consommation est fait à votre arrivée et départ et vous sera facturé avec un règlement au moment de votre départ en période hivernale (septembre à mai).

Facultatif:

L'appartement doit être rendu propre et vaisselle faite. Un forfait ménage de 50 € vous est proposé sur place si vous le désirez.

Une place de parking extérieur privée est juste derrière la résidence. Elle peut être réservée par avance ou sur place si disponible avec une participation de 7€ / 24 heures ou 40 € / semaine.

Le linge de maison (draps, serviettes de bain, torchons,...) est fourni et et du linge propre est apporté toutes les semaines.

Le lit et les accessoires bébé (jeux, matelas à langer, chaise haute) sont à disposition sur réservation.

Situé au 5 ème étage avec ascenseur après 4 marches, et vidéophone, le studio d'hôtes est au coeur du quartier piéton, à 2 pas des monuments historiques, des magasins et des transports en commun (bus, trams, vélos, taxis).

Vous trouverez boulangerie, pâtisserie, cafés, restaurants,... et magasins au pied de l'appartement. Vous pourrez choisir vos viennoiseries préférées dans une des boulangeries toutes proches !

Idéal pour visiter la Normandie, Caen et ses abbayes, le Mémorial de la Paix, les plages du Débarquement, Le Mont Saint Michel et Saint Malo, Bayeux avec sa Cathédrale et sa tapisserie, Deauville et le pays d'auge, Honfleur, ...

Conseils pour des visites gourmandes, culturelles, découvertes Un exemple de visite gourmande : visite de l'atelier des sablés d'Asnelles (fameux sablés exportés dans le monde entier), déjeuner découverte produits du terroirs puis visite dégustation de la fabrique de Caramels d'Isigny à Isigny sur Mer.

Accueil en français et anglais.

Parking bagage dépose minute au pied du studio puis parking public payant à proximité immédiate (public ou sécurisé privé avec Vinci parking). Places gratuites à 15 minutes à pied du studio.

Place privée pouvant être réservée avec supplément.

L'hippodrome est à 10 minutes à pied, le théâtre, le château, les abbayes, le zénith, la salle des musiques actuelle, le centre commercial des rives de l'orne avec ses cinémas sont à proximité.

La mer la plus proche est à 20 minutes de Caen. L'aéroport de Caen est à 20 minutes du studio.

Le tram est direct pour la gare sncf, le Ganil, le CHU et le Centre François Baclesse, l'Université et les grandes écoles,..

La station Saint Pierre est située à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement.

Attention, bien qu'il y ait un ascenseur, la présence de 4 marches avant celui ci ne permet pas l'accès aux fauteuils roulants, nous en sommes désolés.

How do damage deposits work?
