Our House is nestled and welcomes you for a pleasant stay.

Gîte OLIVIA is an independent villa with garden and swimming pool, this villa is available for rent seasonal up to 6 people, equipped with very comfortable, furnished with the utmost care, every detail has been thought to bring you a touch of exoticism and fantasy. In addition, the rental benefits from beautiful services (provided linen, internet access through wifi.

Well located in a quiet area, and just steps from the city centre of Uzès, this cottage is ideal and suitable for families with children...

On the front of the House, you will find a pleasure garden to enjoy the tranquility of the place.

On the backside of the House, you are accessing space dedicated entirely to bathe.

We chose to implement a pool 'wood' to the natural side and ecolo. In the continuity, we added wood terraces to create this recreation area we wanted to be aesthetic and secured. The pool is closed by secure portal standards to prevent access to young children.

On place, garden furniture, deckchairs, armchairs, swing, parasols and same 'Fries' for the swimming pool...

Housing - 3 bedrooms - sleeping double (each in a different style) - dining room - lounge - we have chosen for this piece to live a urban chic style, to bring comfort and modernity.

-fully equipped kitchen and its dining - bathroom - wc - garage - full laundry (lava linen, iron and ironing board, drying rack, cleaning products)...

The cottage was opened in July 2012, the House has been rebuilt and is perfectly equipped with (household appliances through the LED flat screen TV, library, board games)... Nothing is missing - to discover the grocery of Olivia (I say not more)...

A book is located in the cottage with all good plans and addresses to help you stay.

We remain at your disposal to advise you, guide you.

from the cottage, walks and attractions galore - visit Uzès - beautiful - to see its exceptional architecture, its historic center, his Duchy, but also its lovely shops, café terraces, its small restau... The Museum of HARIBO, its haras national candy, and especially not to be missed Provençal market on Saturday morning, on the place aux Herbes.

-to see - Anduze and its pottery, but also the Bambouseraie de Prafrance, small train steam, the Cevennes - Le Pont du Gard - famous Roman aqueduct, the Gorges du Gardon, and Collias (basis of canoe/Kayak... - Nîmes - the Roman monuments (Arènes, Maison Carrée, Tour Magne, fountain gardens)..

to do - the Feria de Nîmes - La Camargue - Les Saintes Maries of the sea, and Aigues Mortes (medieval town) - the coast Gard - the Grau du Roi and Port Camargue - Avignon (our neighbour) with its Palace of the popes, the famous Pont d'Avignon and full of other activities nature and leisure - in the villages beside - do not miss the empty granaries , fairs and markets of terroir, the festival in the summer (including Festival d'Avignon In and Off in July).. local festivals with the bulls... Anything that has an identity and is the image of our region)...

No smoking in the apartment rental. However, it is possible to smoke outside in the ashtrays provided for this purpose.

Bonjour Mary - j'utilise mon droit de réponse pour vous remercier d'avoir choisi notre location. Nous avons été heureux de vous recevoir et de vous connaître, ce fut un plaisir. Le gîte OLIVIA est une maison de vacances simple et fonctionnelle et bien située et elle a bien joué son rôle - Je vous trouve exigeante, dans votre notation (pour vous, juste moyen) . Je ne peux vous louer que ce j'ai - à vous, lorsque vous réservez de bien regarder si tout vous convient , ou ne vous va pas - le choix final, c'est vous. (la baignoire n'a pas un tuyau d'arrosage, chez nous, cela s'appelle un flexible acier, qui sert de douchette, après c'est une baignoire, pas une douche, et vous n'avez pas loué non plus "un palace", le WC est petit mais il est séparé, dans bien des locations, il se trouve dans la salle de bains) ... Alors, il y a ceux qui se contentent de ce qu'il y a sur place (nous ne vous avons pas non plus loué un grenier ou une cave) - il y a ceux qui leur en faut plus - Quand on veut une gamme en dessus, bien sûr, il faut y mettre le prix, et là, on a des prestations plus adaptées - Le prix varie aussi en fonction des prestations - nous, nous sommes dans une gamme de prix raisonnable, et en dessous de ce qui se fait et est proposé alentour... (le wifi est gratuit, le linge de maison est fourni, vous avez tout sous la main...) et la villa est privative, le jardin et la piscine aussi. Nous vous avons bien accueillis, nous avons pris du temps pour vous, pour vous expliquer et vous guider, la piscine a été nettoyée et traitée en permanence, nous sommes contents que tout de même cela vous ai convenu - merci encore et bonne continuation CORDIALEMENT BIEN à Vous - Catherine et Eugénio ---------------------------------------------------------- Hello Mary - I use my right of reply to thank you for choosing our location. (The tub does not have a garden hose, at home, it's called a flexible steel, which serves as a shower, after it's a bath, not a shower, and you have not rented either " a palace ", the toilet is small but it is separate, in many rentals, it is in the bathroom) ... So, there are those who are satisfied with what is there (we do not you rent an attic or cellar) - there are those who need more - When you want a range above, of course, you have to put the price, and here we have more adapted benefits - The price also varies depending on the benefits - we are in a reasonable price range, and in below what is done and is proposed around ... How do damage deposits work?
