Beautiful secluded property set in a verdant lush tropical garden. Wake up to birdsong. Infinity Pool with a fabulous view over the rice paddies of Hikkaduwa. What more could you want? This is as close to Paradise as you can get. This is the place to relax and be pampered.

Privacy guaranteed as the villa is set within large grounds of 1.5 acres .

Villa has 2 staff on site who attend to house keeping, garden & the pool. A cook is available by request at a fee of Rs 3,500 per day (£9). You may self cater.

The villa is well appointed and tastefully decorated with art works of local artists on display. All three bedrooms have their own ensuites and have air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans. Has all the conveniences you expect. FREE WIFI. Television with a hard disk full of movies and DVD player. Great sound system with an ipod/iphone4 dock, usb stick and CD. A good selection of board games as well as outdoor games. Please note there is no driver accommodation provided.

The beach, bars and cafes of Hikkaduwa are just a short tuk tuk ride away.

VILLA MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR ACTIVE YOUNG KIDS THAT TEND TO WANDER OFF.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tam (the owner) a message.

If Tam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
