Palm Tree Villa Florida, is tucked away in the much sought after location of Doral Woods. This large 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom villa, is ideal for making the perfect vacation.

This is our own holiday home, so the furnishings are to a high standard, as you can see from the pictures and video. Fully Air Conditioned & has Central Heating, as well as Paddle fans in all bedrooms and the covered Lanai – perfect for Alfresco dining. The large private pool with Pool Lift if required, also has optional pool heat.

Palm Tree Villa is definitely NOT like your average holiday home that you may have stayed in before in the Orlando area. Not only is it a fabulous private pool home to rent but it is is approximately 15 minutes' drive away from Walt Disney World.

With Free Lightning Speed Wireless Internet, Free Cable TV & Gas BBQ. Lots of Games & Toys, including Infants. Child's Cot with all Bedding & Wireless Baby Monitor, Plus High chair & Pushchair's.

For our guests with additional needs we now have a Pool Lift, Wheel in Shower / Wet Room, Shower Chair, Access Ramps, Grab Rails in the shower and a Self Propelled Commode, we also have a very close link with a local company that are able to supply almost any additional items and aids on request, from Oxygen, Standing Frames, Incontinent aids right through to profiling Beds and Lifts, please just ask.

We are also very pleased to say we now have a designated south facing Sun deck with loungers and BBQ area.

This beautiful holiday home is close enough to all the major theme park, but far enough out in the countryside to enjoy a very peaceful and relaxing break. And for the golfers among you, there are many golf courses within the area for you to enjoy.

We have adjacent villas owned by friends in Doral Woods that are just round the corner, so if you have a large group & don't want to share, this is perfect for you, your family & friends, Please just ask for other villa details, rates etc.

Decor set to quite a high standard, not your usual Orlando Disney Rental Vacation home, All Bed linens, towels including beach towels are included in villa for personal use as well as hairdryers,straighteners and other handy stuff too like family and kids games, DVDs etc. Free Cable TV and free WiFi Broadband connection. Games room, Pool, Air Hockey, Foosball ans PS2 for 4 players.

This fabulous villa is fully equipped to cater for all your needs, this includes everything from a Coffee Maker to a gas BBQ and sunbed loungers. We have a cot and a high chair, plus a cordless baby monitors/alarm. We also have a selection of children's games and baby toys and also pool toys, including floats and arm bands etc. All towels including beach towels are supplied, so you won't need to bring one at all.

The villa also has free Cable TV, and TV's in all 4 Bedrooms and a Free WiFi Broadband for your personal use whilst at the villa. Also a remote controlled electric garage door for added ease, security and peace of mind if required.
