Situated in the heart of Carvoeiro village this immaculately presented modern two bedroomed apartment has air conditioning throughout for year round comfort and two private balconies. Furnished to a high standard and double glazed.

The kitchen is fully equipped. With lift and stairs access and level ground floor secure garage car parking space with easy access. Four minute stroll to Carvoeiro beach and square, where in the summer months you can enjoy live music and street entertainers.

On the third floor of Colina Verde this apartment, apartment U in Rua de Barranco Carvoeiro is situated at the rear of the building so there is no noise to disturb you. The accommodation is arranged on one level and comprises of the lounge with some tv channels and comfortable seating, dining and coffee table and patio doors leading onto one of the balconies.

One of the settees is also a sofa bed which comfortably sleeps an additional two guests. The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing table and free standing full length mirror. The second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms access a second private balcony.. The balconies are for your use only.

The modern fully fitted kitchen is fully equipped to meet your self catering needs and has a door leading onto the balcony alongside the lounge. Two bathrooms, one with bath and shower over bath, toilet and sink and the other with toilet and sink. Weekly maid service.

All linens and towels, excluding beach towels are provided for your comfort and convenience.

Unlike most properties in Carvoeiro the surrounding area and route on foot, to the beach and square, is completely flat. It is therefore ideal for those with limited mobility. In addition the allocated ground floor secure garage car parking space is easily accessible for guests use.

The location, ownership and facilities have been inspected and approved by the Portuguese authorities and the apartment issued with a tourist licence (local lodging plan). Complete peace of mind included. 9577/AL
