There is everything you need and more at our villa to make your sunshine holiday as relaxing and fun as possible. Our games room provides a football table and a substantial pool/billiard table to entertain all ages and cable TV provided throughout the villa.

Our spacious property has four bedrooms, master with en suite, second master which is also en suite, two twin rooms which share a jack and jill bathroom suite, plus a double sleeper sofa in the lounge, providing comfortable sleeping for 10 people. The extended deck faces SW so benefits from a very sunny aspect overlooking the woodlands and the beautiful pool and jacuzzi are wonderful places to relax.

External doors are lockable for the safety of young children plus additional safety feature is the portable pool fence which can be clipped around the whole water area.

We have a gas BBQ and wifi, if required.

There are three bathrooms, one with a door from the pool area to enable you to take a quick, cooling shower without walking through the house. There is a formal lounge which is light and modern with a full dining room plus a breakfast 'nook' providing a further dining area.

The second lounge or 'family room' adjoins the fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room. There are excellent facilities for families with young children and pushchair, cot, highchair all in the villa if needed.

The villa is in a peaceful and private setting overlooking woodlands. The pool area is not overlooked and provides a secluded haven to unwind after a day at the parks or the golf course. We feel this is a haven after a busy day in Orlando.

Dear Scott, I am glad you appreciate the villa and the lovely views around. The nature aspect is so interesting and it certainly adds to your holiday when a tortoise appears. The big sand hill cranes and I am sure you encountered those too as they seem to be daily at times. Yes the smoke alarms are an issue. We have tried so many times to alter this but it seems to be the way in the US. The frying pan seems to be the thing sets it off the most and I personally can understand why they have to be so sensitive. I will have a word with my management company to try and calm it down. Thank you for letting me know about your holiday. I am thinking of supply binoculars for the villa as it such a good experience with eagles,deers, armadillos and other wildlife out there.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nathan (the owner) a message.

If Nathan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
