From the owner

The cottage benefits from a large open plan lounge with two new comfy settees and two leather easy chairs. This opens up to the dining area with stunning sea views over Conwy bay towards Anglesey and the Irish sea and rear mountain views. There is a large ground floor master bedroom with a 'super king' size double bed, new en-suite with shower, washbasin and toilet, wall mounted HD digital T/V. With level access once inside the cottage, this bedroom is suitable for elderly or infirm. There are two further bedrooms upstairs, one with a balcony with amazing views out to sea & over to Anglesey & puffin Island, one with twin beds & views over garden and side views to the sea & mountains behind. There is a further bathroom upstairs.

There is free unlimited WiFi throughout the house.

Plas Arfon cottage is.located just 5 minute drive from award winning Blue Flag beaches. Historic Conwy with its beautiful castle is just 3 miles away and Llandudno with it's Victorian promenade and seaside facilities is only 5 miles away. Perfect for walking and hiking with the Snowdonia National park nearby. Quiet and peaceful, yet only a few minutes drive from the major resorts.

There are several restaurants nearby in both Conwy and Deganwy including our sister bar/restaurant the Castle View over in Deganwy, 6 minutes by car. Serving a modern & traditional menu with products sourced from local suppliers, please call the Castle View to book and mention that you are staying at the cottage to receive 10% discount off your food bill.

There are two parking places in front of the cottage for use of guests.

The Gladstone next door is NOT in our ownership, but guests of the cottage can receive 10% discount on food, please mention that you are staying at the cottage when booking.

There is plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. Golfers will find several courses within a short drive.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lance (the owner) a message.

If Lance (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
