This is a fantastic, sunny, one bedroomed private family apartment in the flat area of Benidorm's Rincon area close to all the facilities you

could need.

The apartment has been completely refurbished with a new clean modern look. There is everything you need for self-catering, including fully integrated fridge, freezer, and washing machine together with a full electric oven and gas hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. The living room area has English TV and DVD player and a large comfortable three seat sofa which converts into a double sofa bed. The separate bedroom has twin beds and plenty of storage, hairdryer and alarm clock and there is an additional wardrobe on the balcony if you need more space. There is air conditioning and heating (payable meter) and the south facing balcony is fully glazed for those cooler winter months. Bathroom fully refurbished with twin shower head We also offer free unlimited wi-fi.

Downstairs the sunny pool has some sunbeds ( limited availability) and a lifeguard on duty throughout the day. There are also charging points available in reception for mobility scooters and all parts of the property are accessible. There is a porter on duty seven days a week.

You are only a 10 minute stroll from the beautiful Levante beachfront with all its bars, restaurants and shops as well as watersports for the more adventurous! The apartment is well situated just behind the Indoor Market and just a short walk from the twice weekly outdoor market - perfect for those holiday bargains! There are two Spanish supermarkets in walking distance and bus stops and a taxi rank at the end of the street if you want to venture further afield. Mundomar, Aqualandia and Benidorm Palace are close by and the Old Town, Poniente area, shopping centres, theme parks, and wildlife parks are only a short bus or taxi ride away.

For your peace of mind the property is registered with the Valencian Tourism Office and our agents are available if you have any problems.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alan - Bryony (the owner) a message.

If Alan - Bryony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
