The house can accommodate up to 18 people with its flexible bedroom arrangements plus infants sleeping in cots. It is perfect for large families, groups of friends and couples. The property is a large, spacious contemporary house that shows hints of character from its past.The breath taking sea views are visible from all rooms downstairs and five of the bedrooms. There is a six seater outdoor hot tub on one patio and the large gardens take full advantage of the surroundings with a patio on the edge of the beach. There is ample parking for 8-10 cars.The beach is accessed via private steps where there are a vast number of rock pools for children, and adults alike, to explore. This property offers the prefect space to relax and unwind while the children explore and play in the play area. Located under a mile from the centre of Valley with local shops, cafes, pubs, take ways and a petrol station. The house is a fantastic location to stay whilst exploring everything Anglesey and North Wales has to offer.The property is set over 2 floors. The ground floor consists of a WC, well-equipped large open plan kitchen/diner and a large lounge with comfy seating and a log burning fire. There are fantastic views out of the lounge and French doors leading onto one of the properties patios/BBQ area.The first floor consists of 7 good sized bedrooms 5 with TV's. The master has a superking size bed and includes a lovely area to relax in overlooking the sea and an en-suite. There are a further 4 double bedrooms, two of which have their own en-suites, one with a king size bed and three with twin beds. Another bedroom has single bunk beds and a triple sleeper (bunks with a double on the bottom and single on top), a perfect room for children or a family room. The sixth bedroom also consists of a triple sleeper. A modern luxurious family bathroom consists of twin basins, bath, toilet and a separate double shower.

Internet, DVD's, a games console, games, a few books, local guides and a selection of children's toys are provided, ideal for a wetter day or after a long day on the beach.

Linen and a small number of towels are provided but it is recommended that guests bring additional towels and beach towels.

We DO NOT accept bookings for Stag/Hen parties or bookings from mixed or same gender groups of young adults.

Well behaved dogs are welcome - extra charge of £25 per dog. MAXIMUM OF 3 dogs only. We kindly ask that dogs do not go upstairs.

Please note: There is an annexe attached to the back of the property which is occupied by a long term tenant.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anglesey Getaways (the owner) a message.

    If Anglesey Getaways (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
