The Sportsvilla is the first sports holiday villa in Greece and one of few in Europe! Sportsvilla is brand new (2015) luxurious and modern villa is located in the traditional village of Pigi in Rethymno with all the sports facilities including an indoor fitness centre, jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor swimming pool.This modern spacious split level villa is 186 sqm in size rests on a well-manicured 600sqm plot and accommodates from 2 up to 7 guests, for winter and summer holidays.It consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all the electrical appliances such as microwave, oven, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine - dryer, fridge/ freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer. The living room and dining room is open plan with fireplace, lighting and decoration of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. There's a 49" Smart TV set with satellite and fan coils for cooling - heating is included in the price. In the living room there is a sofa that turns into a bed for the 7th person to sleep. And if you are a piano lover, then just write beside the dining table you can find one to work out your skills again. On the same level there is a WC/Shower room and also a double bedroom where it's also accessible for wheelchairs. A modern design of stairs brings you to the first floor where there are two more spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped by brand-new quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned (fun coil) and provide WiFi with internet access and smart TV with satellite. Both of the first floor bedrooms have access to a porch with sitting area. In one porch there is a available a pool table. Moreover, there is a safe deposit box that keeps your valuables secure. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. A large lawn garden, a 30sqm swimming pool (children's pool is included) provides one with the perfect opportunity to exercise and work up an appetite for a tasty meal cooked on the BBQ/Grill provided. At one end of the poolside there is a beautifully positioned shaded terrace with comfortable outdoor dining furniture, allowing you to relax at any time of the day. Just before the main entrance of the house, there is a spacious 200sq.m lawned garden ideal for children to play and on the side there is a 30m. professional tartan track.We left the best for the last where here is some of the state of the art work out equipment that can be found at gym room:treadmill, cross trainer, dual adjustable pulley, box station with boxing bag, adjustable excercise bench, kettelebells, trx, free weights, bars(straight and curl)Feeling tired after all this work out? Then why not head on to the Jacuzzi and then in the sauna?

    How do damage deposits work?
