WIFI is available at the Reception building, not at the actual property.
PLEASE NOTE : If access to Reception Building + Facilities is required by guests, then there is just the small £5 per person - £30 charge. This is due just before your holiday for Leisure Passes. The Park then provide Facilities pass at Reception for each guest.

Perranporth is close by, where you will find an Amazing Beach, Surf school, charming Shops, Cafes, Bars and Restaurants, Surf shops This is a lovely seaside town !
Porthtowan Beach is also close by, with lovely bars restaurants, a lovely children's play area by the beach, perfect for families.

Modern fitted kitchen with oven + hob, Fridge freezer, Microwave, Kettle, toaster, plenty of utensils etc, and everything you could need.
3 bedrooms --- all beds will be made up for up to 6 guests, with fresh bed linen. Modern wardrobes, drawers, bedside lighting.
This Holiday Park feels very safe for children to play and relax ---- all cars park on the car park, to avoid having too much traffic around the holiday site!
We have other lovely holiday properties here --- so we can accommodate larger groups.

St Agnes is just a short drive away, also just a short drive is Perranporth, a charming seaside town, with lots of cafes, Shops, Restaurants, Surf hire etc. Perranporth beach is a huge open beach, With a stream running through it, Children love to play here and explore the rock pools !!
Newquay is just a few miles away --- where you will find so many amazing beaches and attractions --- you really will be spoilt for choice !! Fistral beach in Newquay is the surfing capital of the world, many surfing competitions take place here! There is the Multi Million Pound Surf Centre on the beach here, with restaurants, shops, bars etc. We leave lots of information at the property, giving ideas for days out etc.

KITCHEN AREA -- Well equipped kitchen with everything you could need -- oven + hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, plenty of utensils, plenty of cups, plates, glasses etc ----- we even leave picnic set / plastic glasses for children! ------ Dining table in the kitchen, ideal for family meals together.
DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM -- This is a twin bedroom, lovely + modern with wardrobe, drawers + mirror, bedside lamp, lovely modern beach pictures. All beds are made up for 6 guests.
DOUBLE BEDROOM -- Lovely + bright and comfortable, wardrobe, drawers, large mirror, bedside lamps,
TWIN BEDROOM -- Bright and modern, comfortable single beds, wardrobe, bedside table with lamp, mirror. Lovely bedding and sheets

PERRANPORTH --- this is a lovely area of Cornwall -- lovely seaside town, with lots of quaint shops, cafes, Take aways, Restaurants, everyone loves it here !
ST AGNES -- A lovely village location, with Shops, Restaurants, St Agnes beach has lovely Cafe serving deliciousl cakes and treats, hot chocolates etc.
NEWQUAY -- Just a few miles away --- here you will find the world famous Fistral beach, perfect for surfing and relaxing. Many other beaches to explore around Newquay! ...........
Truro city centre is just a few miles away. Here you will find many of the big stores, Marks and Spencer, Next, TK Max, Monsoon, and so many more !! Truro cathedral is well worth a visit !

The staff here are just lovely -- nothing is too much trouble ! ...... This is a fantastic family holiday park -- in this ideal holiday location.

PLEASE NOTE -- We can not take bookings for groups of teenagers, or groups of young people. Im sure you can understand this.
We can accept 1 dog with your booking at certain times. There is a small charge for this. *Please let us know before booking if you are bringing a dog -- as we can't always accommodate this * There is an extra charge of £45 for a dog ...... as our cleaning co. do extra vacuuming + cleaning -- with anti viral products -- incase we have guests with allergies. It is vital that you tell us if you wish to bring a dog ... if guests bring a dog without informing us then access will be denied, as we may have other guests staying later who have serious allergies.
