Chez Anne et Simon is a large recently renovated traditional self-catering 7 bed house with private heated pool situated in the town of Missillac, South Brittany. Perfect for a large family or group of friends wanting to share a holiday and close to Chateau de La Bretesche with 18 hole golf course, spa and Michelin starred restaurant, the property offers home from home comfort with lots to see and do in the area.

Key features: fitted kitchen with modern appliances, utility room with washing-machine and dishwasher; large living area with rustic dining table, large corner sofa, large granite fireplace with wood burner, 65" TV, Sky Freeview box, Blu-ray DVD player and Wi-Fi.

Downstairs: 1 cloakroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 kids bedroom with bunk beds with Jack and Jill shower room. Large patio area perfect for barbecues and heated swimming pool with sun loungers. Large front & rear secure garden with climbing frame, football goal and wooded area with our very own 35m zip line and tyre swings which provides hours of fun!

Upstairs: 1 large king-size bedroom with en-suite and balcony, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 king-size bedroom, family bathroom, separate toilet, large playroom with 1 sofa bed and mezzanine floor with 3 single beds.

Whether you like peace and quiet on your holiday or whether you prefer visiting places and being active, you will be spoilt for choice. We have designed our holiday home to make it appealing for 2 to 3 families to share, the amount of space means you can enjoy spending time together without being on top of each other. Our 1.4 acres garden with pool, playground & wooded area means the kids will love spending time outdoors.

A lot of our guests choose us for the proximity of renowned La Bretesche golf course. We are also ideally located between the Regional Park of La Brière with its thatched roofs, salt lakes and medieval town of Guérande and the Morbihan Gulf with its gorgeous islands. The nearest sandy beach is 30 minutes away South while 30 minutes away North, you can find traditional towns of Rochefort-en-Terre & La Gacilly with a multitude of crafts shops.

    How do damage deposits work?

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anne Simon (the owner) a message.

    If Anne Simon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
