The farmhouse is tastefully decorated and beautifully equipped outdoor and indoor with everything to make your stay as pleasurable and comfortable as possible. It allies the character and charm of a traditional farmhouse with luxury modern comfort (integrated reversible and silent Air Conditioning, heated swimming pool with salt electrolysis so no nasty chemicals, fibre fast internet with WiFi throughout, SONOS sound system, Smart TVs for Netflix and Amazon Tv, English channels, plenty of books, games and DVDs). It is safely nestled in its fenced olive grove and garden full of Mediterranean plants and located on the foothill of the Alpilles Natural Park, in a peaceful rural setting but just a 15 minutes walk away through quiet and safe lanes to the picturesque and lively village of Eygalieres where you will find many shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants. The local market is held there every Friday morning, the perfect opportunity to enjoy local produce and a drink at the “café de la place”. It is conveniently located 45 minutes from Marseille airport and 15 minutes drive from the motorway. It is your ideal base to visit Provence and enjoy its sites, vineyards and sporting activities. Young children are to be kept under very close adult supervision, especially around the pool. Their safety is YOUR responsibility. The pool shutter fulfils French law safety requirements.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anne (the owner) a message.

If Anne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
