Una graziosa junior suite di 38 mq, situata al centro storico di Scicli.

La casa privata gode di ottima posizione, locata là dove noti artisti hanno tratto ispirazione per le loro Opere. A pochissimi passi, giusto 20 mt, si raggiunge Via Mormino Penna, principale sito/attrazione della borgata barocca. Al Borgo dell'Arte è un tipico Dammuso dell'800 con volte a botte ed a crociera. Ristrutturato finemente nel 2015 è stato oggi convertito in una casa per vacanze unica nel suo genere, confortevole e molto caratteristica.Tra i servizi mettiamo a disposizione: WiFi gratuito, TV satellitare e climatizzazione/riscaldamento. La colazione è opzionale (su richiesta sarà servita presso le migliori caffetterie locali, a soli 20 metri da casa oppure comodamente a casa con servizio catering).Al Borgo dell'Arte si affitta per brevi periodi, suggerita sia per coppie che viaggiano alla scoperta del patrimonio dell'UMANITA', che per famiglie con bimbi piccoli al seguito. Molto funzionale, comoda e ben accessibile. Il parcheggio si trova a 20 metri dall'ingresso. L'ambiente interno è di circa 40 mq, diviso in due comode stanze separate da arco con tenda. Si segnala il comodo bagno con box doccia in muratura e l'ingresso indipendente della casa. La camera da letto è tra le più ricercate e caratteristiche soluzioni del momento: un'alcova che vi accoglierà donando il piacere di riposare ed ammirare la tipica architettura locale. Un altro ambiente è il soggiorno con divano letto di 135 cm, questo si presta comodo per il 3° Ospite (adulto) oppure per i bambini (per dimensioni consigliamo max 2 bambini di età non superiore a 14 anni). L'angolo cottura presenta un piano funzionale per cucinare: ci sono 2 fuochi ad induzione e tutti gli utensili da cucina. E' presente anche una consolle estendibile che funge da tavolo, permettendo una certa comodità per colazione, pranzo o cena.Al Borgo dell'Arte si affitta per un minimo di n. 2 notti e nel prezzo sono comprese le spese per i consumi di utenze, la pulizia iniziale e la biancheria per tutti gli Ospiti.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vincenzo (the owner) a message.

    If Vincenzo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
