Our Holiday Let, Lakeside Lodge, is part of Waves Holiday Lets. It sits on the edge of small lake with beautiful views from the garden and patio area. It is on the East Coast of Lincolnshire in the quiet village of Anderby Creek. An ideal location for couples who want a quiet retreat close to the coast or equally families who want sandy beaches which are close to attractions for children and parents alike. Lakeside Lodge is a wooden bungalow that sleeps 5, 1 double bedroom a twin room and a single, which has recently been modernised including new kitchen and bathroom with walk-in shower and all modern appliances. Anderby Creek is one of the small number of places on the Lincolnshire Coast that isn't filled with Arcades and noisy tourist attractions and can offer a peaceful retreat. For young families it is well situated between the sea side resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe that can offer funfairs and attractioYour stay will include:• All bedding and towels• Hand soap and washing up liquid• Toilet rolls• Salt, pepper • Tea towels and dishcloths• Arrival pack including tea, coffee milk and sugar

Please note fishing is not permitted from the garden of the property, but day fishing is available on the other side of the bank only a 10 minute walk away.

We do allow pets (up to 2 medium dogs) but please enquire before booking, there is a fee payable for your pet.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julie (the owner) a message.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
