The villa, "Finca Inca", so-called because the Hostess is Peruvian, was built as two completely separate residences. Guests are free to join us for a drink & a chat or "do their own thing" in which case Guests will neither see us nor hear us! There are hand-rails from the car parking level down to our level and also down to the Guest's part of "Finca Inca"'.

Down by the pool is a storeroom with flotation items & games for use in the pool, which is 94 cm. deep at the shallow end making it safe for small children WITH SUPERVISION by the parents. The pool is 8.7 x 3.7 m. & is normally a minimum of 25* C from1 April to 31 Oct.. It can be heated in the Winter to 24/5 * C except if it is very cold overnight.

Outside the front door is a BBQ area with the Bay view being spread out before one. A guest said "I don't mind doing the washing-up here because I have such a lovely view from the kitchen window!".

The balcony ( "Naya", in Spanish) has both a dining table and seating to "chill-out" and enjoy "Al fresco" dining with the magnificient view.

Due to the unique layout of the villa, you will neither see us nor hear us! We have a private ambulance service and can assist in Spanish if you have an accident etc.; all F.O.C.!

I feel that to say a mere "Thank you" for your glowing Review of your holiday, is totally inadequate so all I can say is that, if you favour us with another visit, we will have a little extra bonus for you! You were very perceptive in commenting upon those aspects that we provide, but not everyone notices as well as you did. For instance, you are dead right when you say that we fiercely defend our Guests' privacy. We are here to help when asked but otherwise, guests neither see us not hear us. On the other hand, we like to hear the 'kids' scream in the pool as that way we know that "HAPPY KIDS = STRESS FREE PARENTS= HAPPY HOLIDAY". You really did get around visiting some of the many attractions here.. Hopefully, you will decide to see a few more with another visit, to which we shall look forward...'fingers crossed'! X H & A

One could be forgiven for thinking that I paid you fifty-thousand 'greenbacks' for this Review of all Reviews! Wow! To say "Thank you" really doesn't seem sufficient, but consider it said, nevertheless. It was a freal pleasure meeting you both, and usually, your hobby and mine were the same so there was much 'jaw-jawing' to do at the expense of the XYLs ! Paula & Wayne, you really were most observant to mention many details, such as the comfortable beds, because when a guests mentions it, it carries more weight than when the owners say the same thing. If you should wish to stay with us again, you will receive a 5% discount for your 2 nd. booking + a Meal Voucher to say "Thank you" for this 5* Review

Why can't I call Hal (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Hal (the owner) a message.

If Hal (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
