Beautiful three bedroomed villa (fully renovated in 2016) with private pool and lots of outdoor space and terraces. It's situated on the hillside of Alhaurin de la Torre, with stunning views and in an exclusive residential area of the village. It is 15 minutes away by car from Malaga international airport, 10 minutes from the sea/beach (Los Alamos) and 15 minutes from several well known golf courses such as Lauro Golf and The Parador.

The villa, located in the town of Alhaurin de la Torre, enjoys outstanding views to Sierra de Mijas and the Guadhalorce valley. It accommodates 6 guests in 3 double bedrooms (2 with a double bed and the 3rd with 2 single beds). It has air conditioning (heat and cold). It is quietly situated in one of the nicest parts of town and it's the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with lots of outdoor space.

The open plan living room and kitchen has 70 square meters. The kitchen door opens directly onto the large patio which includes a sun terrace next to the private swimming pool and bbq area. The living room area also opens directly to the main balcony where you can enjoy amazing views to the Guadhalorce valley, Malaga city and the Torcal National park.

The location of this villa makes it ideal for a quiet, relaxing holiday, yet with the option to enjoy the lively atmosphere of the coast, only a short drive away.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Liliana (the owner) a message.

    If Liliana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
