Lovely 3 bedroom triplex apartment (3 levels) located in the quiet area of the Pine Walk with stunning sea views over Pollença Bay. Located between the sea and the mountains, at only 20 meters from the beach and a 10 minutes walk from the town center.

Our self-catering apartment is on the second floor, it is organized in three levels (with interior steps) and can accommodate five people in 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and 1 single). It offers a living/dining room with cable TV and DVD, free Wi-Fi, air conditioned and heating (except in the single bedroom), 1 bathroom and 1 toilet with a small bathtub/shower, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and microwave oven, larder, and 3 balconies with impressive sea and mountain views. Bedding and bath towels are provided. You will also have a hair drier and a high chair, and we can provide a travel cot on request.

From the apartment you will enjoy amazing views over Pollença Bay and the Serra de Tramuntana mountains WORLD HERITAGE SITE. A large pedestrian area with trees is in front of the building (ideal for children playing) and a forest public park is right at the back.

A public car park is at 10 meters, a supermarket-cafeteria (open April-October) at 50 meters and several restaurants within 150 meters. Many more restaurants, bars and shops as well as all the services that you may need (doctor, chemist's, banks, petrol, car and bicycle hire, tourist information, post office, diving centre, water sports, sports centre, gym, spa, etc.) are available in the town centre.

There are three local markets in the vicinity: on Wednesdays in Puerto Pollença, and on Sundays in Alcudia and Pollença (both at 7 km away).

HOUSE RULES:

BY RENTING THE APARTMENT YOU AGREE AND ARE BOUND TO RESPECT AND COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES. IN CASE OF BREACHING OF ANY HOUSE RULE, THE BOOKING CAN BE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY.

- CHANGEOVER day flexible from September to June; in July & August changeover day is Saturday.

- MINIMUM STAY: 4 days from September to June; in July & August minimum stay is 1 week and the apartment is rented for entire weeks (from Saturday to Saturday).

- The apartment is booked from 5pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the departure day.

- CHECK-IN is from 5pm to 10pm. Check-in after 10pm has a surcharge of 50€. It is necessary to arrange the arrival time to the apartment in advance. We will wait 30 minutes from the time agreed. In case of any change, you must contact us ASAP in order to arrange a new check-in time. Contact us if you need an early check-in and we will try to meet your needs if it is possible.

- CHECK-OUT is 11am. Contact us if you need a late check-out and we will try to meet your needs.

- The MAXIMUM CAPACITY of the apartment is five (5) guests, including children over 2 years old. It is not allowed to stay in the apartment more than five (5) people, including children over 2 years old.

- PETS are NOT allowed.

- SMOKING is NOT allowed.

- It is NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE NOISE, have parties or shout; this is a residential area.

- TAKE CARE of the apartment, furniture and fixtures as if they were your own, and leave them as you found them. You are liable to cover the costs of any damage.

- LEAVE THE APARTMENT clean and tidy (final general cleaning is provided).

- WASTE DISPOSAL: please dispose all your waste in the recycling and general bins located in the street from 8 to 11pm. If you leave any waste in the property on the last day there will be a 20€ surcharge.

- WI-FI NETWORK: you are responsible for it being used only for legal purposes and you must guarantee that it will NOT be used for illegal uploading, downloading or other unlawful activities.

VERY IMPORTANT:

- SAFETY: ALWAYS LOCK THE MAIN DOOR when leaving the apartment. There is a safe in the apartment. The owners are not responsible for any lost or stolen items whether they are inside or outside the safe.

- TOURIST TAX is not included in the rental price; we have to collect the tourist tax from the guests upon arrival. The tax is 2€ per day per person over 16 years old for stays between May 1st and October 31th (plus 10% VAT), and 0.5€ per day per person between November 1st and April 30th (plus 10%VAT).

- PERSONAL INFORMATION: we are required to collect personal information of ALL GUESTS OVER 18 YEARS upon arrival. Please make sure you have your ID Card/Passport readily available at the moment of the check-in.

- ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION is not included in the rental price. The cost is 0.30€ per KW consumed, and the cost should be paid at the check-out. To minimize the cost, please make a responsible use of the air conditioning and/or heating (e.g. turn it off when the windows are open or when you are not at the property).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pere (the owner) a message.

If Pere (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
