We are so excited that you are coming to Jamaica! The Palms of Mobay is a great place to take into consideration for a relaxing experience! This 2500 square foot house is surrounded by some of the most beautiful homes you will ever see in Jamaica. Our guest house is located at an elevation allowing you to enjoy mountain and partial ocean view. Our location is 20 minutes from Sangster's International Airport and 15 minutes drive from Montego Bay's Hip Strip, which is a very popular tourist area. It is home to some of Montego Bay's best beaches, attractions, restaurants and nightlife. e.g Margaritaville, Doctor's Cave Beach and Pier 1 . After a long, busy day come and relax in our luxury guest home! You won't be disappointed!

All check ins and check outs will be done with my property manager if I cannot be present, as I am in and out of the country. My property manager who lives minutes away will be available to you when needed and will also be available by phone.

We provide a car rental service with reasonable rates!

Our very professional designated driver will ensure that you travel safely and comfortably and will assist you in planning your trips. After booking he will contact you to discuss your travel needs.

The Palms of Mobay has three gates for security and has space for parking which is free. If you would like more pictures of our rooms please contact us!

Stephanie and her family were very conscientious and conservative with the utilities which is truly appreciated as electricity in Jamaica is very expensive. They were also quite coperative and appreciative . I would have to say that Stephanie was one of the most gracious guest I have ever had and I would love to have her again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Dorrett (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dorrett (the owner) a message.

If Dorrett (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
