Upon arrival you will be greeted with a basket of local, organic, seasonal fruit and a bottle of white wine!

Casa dos Avos, is a clean, charming, relaxing, typical Algarvian villa.

It features all ceramic tiled floor. Eat-in kitchen, equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a delicious meal, if you choose to! 3 bedrooms. 2 baths:1 bathroom is on the 1st floor & 2nd bathroom is outside with shower, in the little laundry house! There's also a large upstairs loft with a table to play games, TV, sofa, 2 chairs. a reading lamp and an outdoor veranda for star gazing!

This villa is located between two historical towns of Sao Bras and Estoi where you can visit the Roman Ruins and many other local historical sites.

There are many restaurants in both towns featuring local specialties. It is located only 20 minutes from Faro airport, golf courses, and the beautiful coast where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic Ocean; the water is warm and calm.

So sorry for the inconvenience but as soon I noticed that the house was doubled booked I advised you and the apartment that I was offering had one bedroom and a sofa bed in living room and it was right on the beach. So sorry I was just trying to accommodate after my mistake, first and last time!!

So sorry for all the inconvenience, smoke alarm was replaced, first time I heard about the cleaning problem, I spoke to people in charge and will make sure everything will be fixed . The pool is cleaned and PH of water checked every few days . I just spent 3 weeks in the villa like I do every year to make sure everything is in order for summer. Deep cleaning is done in between guests. I try very hard to keep the villa in the best possible condition. Thank you for feed back!! Maria

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maria (the owner) a message.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
