This 2 bedroom, self catering apartment is located in Sea Wharf Apartment block at the beautiful bustling harbour area (Quay) of Westport, Co. Mayo, Ireland, along the Wild Atlantic Way. The living/dining room enjoys fantastic views over the harbour area towards Clew Bay. The apartment is a perfect base to enjoy the delights of the locality or to explore the magnificent Mayo coastline. Located on the second floor it forms part of the Sea Wharf Apartment Complex. Adjacent to essential amenities including shops, restaurants, pubs, hotel etc. it is still only 1.5 kilometres from Westport town centre. The historical Westport House Estate & Pirate Adventure Park is located within 5 minute walking distance from the apartment.

Just a 2 minute walk from the apartment is a very popular Greenway walk and cycle lane, linking the Quay to Westport town centre and onwards to Mulranny and Achill. This 42km Great Western Greenway (Westport - Achill), is the longest off-road walking and cycling trail in Ireland. It is a (mainly) traffic free cycling and walking trail which follows the route of the renowned Westport to Achill railway which closed in 1937.

Croagh Patrick, just 7km from the apartment, overlooks Clew Bay in County Mayo and is the third highest mountain in County Mayo. Croagh Patrick is renowned for its Patrician Pilgrimage in honour of Saint Patrick, Ireland's patron saint and attracts about 1 million pilgrims each year. A fabulous way to spend your day with breath taking scenery all the way up.

Within a 10/20 minute drive there is a choice of three Blue Flag beaches.

The apartment accommodates 4 adults very comfortably or a family of 2 adults + 3 children - a fold up single bed/travel cot is available on request for a 5th guest.

This apartment is an ideal location for families and outdoor enthusiasts alike.

Electric heating is charged as an extra charge during months heating required - meter read in the apartment.

Residential area so no parties or loud music allowed. Not suitable for stag or hen getaways.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Geraldine (the owner) a message.

If Geraldine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
