A new beautiful modern villa situated on the coast of Petounta village (Mazotos) with a stunning sea view, surrounded with the voice of nature. A 3 bedroom villa which has been decorated and fully furnished with all facilities and amenities to make your holiday home away from home that comfortable and enjoyable one. COVERED POOL WITH SALTED WATER.Consisting of 3 double bedrooms,2 of them with en-suite and all of them with spacious wardrobes, the villa includes an open plan living room furnished with real leather sofas and a dining with fully equipped kitchen. Facilities also includes a washing machine, dishwasher and air-conditioning. TV, two satellites , BBQ area ,sun beds, garden set and an outdoor dining as well.

The villa is suitable for all ages, great for cyclist, kite surfers. This is the right place to be if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet area to spend your holiday.

Petounta village is 15 to airport,20 min to Makenzy beach(restaurant, bar, clubs),20 min to Larnaca,25 min to Limassol,2 km away from Camel park(nice entertainment for adults and children),0,5 km to a kitesurfing spot, organized beach 1 km away. The fishing village of Zygi is approximately 15 min away with it's beautiful new harbour and many fish restaurants.

If needed we can arrange the villa for two more guests, if you need any baby stuff (cot ,high chair etc.) just let us know and if any questions do not hesitate to contact us.

Why can't I call Svetla (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Svetla (the owner) a message.

If Svetla (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
