Pondo Rosa offers a Luxury Private Villa, with our outstanding reputation. Sleeping up to 6/8 ,finished to high standard's with many extra's including WI-FI, TV English Channels, Safe box, Cots and High Chairs & much more ALL at NO extra charge. The Villa is secluded, private & has gardens over looking sun terraces & with their own swimming pools. We also offer a Large outside kitchen/ lounge area including BBQ, Griddle, Hob, Microwave & that all important Fridge/freezer for that beer and wine ! and all you need for outdoor dining. There is also a full kitchen with cupboards and large granite work surfaces. the kitchen area is enclosed so cooking & BBQ can be 365 days a year !!! There is even an outside 50" Television, ( N.B English TV - NO SPANISH CHANNELS) Table football, Pool Table, Dart Board, Swing Ball & Radio/CD Player. The Villa also offers is own Children's play Area, with child's splash pool as well as the adults pool so making it suitable for everybody including families and couples who are looking for a short or long stay in our beautiful part of Spain.

The Farmhouse will be cleaned ready for your arrival, if you require a mid stay clean this can be arranged and paid for separately. Luxury towels and linen are provided, also 1 pool towel per guest at no extra cost. Please provide your own beach towels. Should you require extra linen / change of linen during your stay this can be arranged at an extra cost. Cots & High Chairs (if Required) can be added to any Bedroom for your convenience.(Free of Charge)

Mosquito nets are fitted on all windows.

Arrivals are NOT accepted at the property after 11pm.

10am is the required time to vacate the farmhouse on your day of departure.

The Villa is non smoking throughout, smoking is only permitted outdoors in the gardens and terraces. It is a condition of your booking that guests take out their own travel insurance as no liability can be accepted by the owners in the event of any accidents, loss or damage of guests personal effects.

We will meet you at your Holiday Villa to show you round, explain all and hand over your keys. Arrivals are NOT accepted at the property after 11pm. We are a fully Legal Holiday Rental Home, therefore ID will be collected on your arrival for each guest staying and their details sent to the police. We welcome you to ask any questions you may have about the Farmhouse, Local Areas etc etc. We are always contactable if any problems arise during your holiday.

Why can't I call Nigel (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Nigel (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nigel (the owner) a message.

If Nigel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
