This handsome and substantial detached house occupying a plot in excess of half an acre on the banks of the River Severn in Gloucestershire .This lovely property can be split into 3 units if required to sleep 6 plus in each unit or have the whole estate with indoor heated pool complete with pool towels , blue tooth sound system and French doors opening on to the rear garden whilst the detached Lodge now provides a New Cinema Room with 75inch T.V with sky Q and games annexe complete with Pool table , table tennis , football table , darts , sofa beds to sleep a further 4 guests with shower facilities and a picture window and balcony offering stunning views across the River Severn and pastures beyond great fun for all . Perfect for hen and stag parties, birthday parties, family celebrations and friend's get-togethers. We welcome pets to stay dog friendly. A welcome bottle of champagne, chocolates, fresh flowers, balloons and card on arrival. The accommodation comprises a reception hall, 3 reception rooms , stunning dining room seat 20/ 26 and is set dressed for your celebration , the dining room can be split into 2 tables along with 2 x kitchens /breakfast room seat 8 , 6 bath/shower rooms, 2 cloakrooms and 9 bedrooms. Separate annexe with games room 4 sofa beds and shower facilities , heated indoor swimming pool 8 foot deep complete with fun inflatables , pool towels and Electric Gates with ample off road parking. Minsterworth is one of the best places to watch the Severn Bore -One of Britain's few truly spectacular natural phenomena. The nearby ancient Forest of Dean is perfect setting for many outdoor activities including climbing , mountain biking, riding , walking, kayaking and camping . In the wider area events include polo , Racing at Chepstow and Cheltenham , sailing , water ski club at the Minsterworth water ski club along with shooting and fishing . The M5 motorway is approximately 9 miles distant and offers great access to Cheltenham , Bristol , Bath , and the midlands .

The additional charges for exclusive use of luxury heated indoor swimming pool kept at 30 Celsius. Pool towels are provided, the charge for 2 night stay is £300.00 to include use of the luxury hot tub kept at 40 Celsius with 65 jets, 2 fountains & 7 seats .

If you are staying for 7 nights the pool and the hot tub combined will be £500.00.

The property is covid safe with antiviral clean throughout and the pool and hot tub is maintained by a professional pool company based in stroud.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cazz (the owner) a message.

If Cazz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
