One bedroom apartment situated on the second floor of our family house in the pictoresque bay of Zaton Mali, app 15 minutes drive north of Dubrovnik. Great place for a nice holiday by the sea.Apartment is situated on the second floor and consists of one double bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and balcony with great views of the Zaton bay and the sea. In the living room there is sofa, which can be easily transformed in bed for one adult or two childrens. Private parking is available throughout the stay. Apartment offers air conditioning too.By the beach can be reached on foot, passing between the dry stone walls, green olive trees and spruce. Within just a few kilometers, there are several beaches with different characteristics. Especially the beautiful sand beach in Stikovica suitable for all ages.During July and August on the Dubrovnik Riviera, held numerous festivals that offer a rich choice of meals, drinks and songs with music by famous Croatian pop artists.If you're looking for a quiet week away then this is the place. It's a lovely new apartment in a little town about 10mins drive outside of Dubrovnik. The flat is just off the main road so you can walk to the shops or local restaurants and beaches around the edge of the bay. If you hire a car you could explore the beaches up and down the coast - as there are lots of fab little swimming spots and seafood restaurants in the towns nearby.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send GORAN (the owner) a message.

If GORAN (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
