The Buttercup pitch has their own dedicated area of the meadow. There is your own campfire with unlimited logs and secure lockable box with an axe (if you wish to chop your own kindling), also a large canvas shelter (with picnic bench, shelving, washing up bowl and water carrier). All you have to do is bring your own tent or small camper van.COASTAL WOOD HOLIDAYS is based at Clyngwyn Farm, set amongst 17 acres of organically certified pasture and woodland, with five holiday cottages and limited camping site. An old dairy and sheep farm dating back before 1850, which has seen many changes. 'Coastal Wood Camping' has only three pitches so there is plenty of space. Onsite is a shower block, WC & basin, washing up sink, with adjoining log store, CDP and water point. You are also welcome to utilise the play area, The Old Wood Store (with charging points), laundry facilities and Diddy Little Shop. Whilst hidden away in the secret westerly corner of Carmarthenshire, Clyngwyn Farm overlooks the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. COASTAL WOOD HOLIDAYS is the centre of some of the finest experiences which Wales has to offer. From blue flag beaches to boutique shops, beach horse riding through the waves to forest quad biking on muddy trails, vibrant festivals and colourful carnivals, picturesque galleries and decorative antiques, breath-taking coastal walks and Dylan Thomas talks. Enclosed are the easiest directions to us, as some SATNAVs quite like the scenic route.Tesco, Sainsburys, Coop and ADSA deliver to our area, if you wish to order your supplies for when you arrive. Also please request a delivery time after 4pm to ensure we are here to accept your order. There are also some fantastic local produce and award winning farm shops in the near vicinity. In the 'Old Wood Store', we have details of the local area and 'Whats On' etc. There is also a utility area with washing machines and tumble dryers. 'The Diddy Little Shop' stocks some local produce such as local honey, free range eggs, sausages and bacon. We can also arrange for a 'veggie box' of fresh seasonal vegetables and eggs to be delivered to your pitch during your stay.We do have some spare items, but kindly ask that you bring your own wellies, raincoats and beach towels. You may also wish to bring picnic blankets, bikes and hiking boots to enjoy the wonderful views. Please make us aware if you are bringing any pets. We are aware that many dogs are extensions of your family, but with respect to other guests, dogs are strictly not permitted in the play areas and must be kept on a lead around the cottages and camping areas. We are surrounded by wonderful beaches or woodland walks, and we have a dedicated 5 acre field where dogs are free to run.When planning your stay in advance, you are reminded many attractions and restaurants in the area accept pre-arranged vouchers. For example 'Folly Farm', 'Oakwood' and 'The National Botanic Garden of Wales' all accept Tesco clubcard vouchers.
