This stunning penthouse sits in an elevated position above Nerja on the edge of San Juan de Capistrano, one of its most beautiful and exclusive areas. Built to resemble a traditional white Spanish village, San Juan nestles in the foothills of the Almijara mountains at the edge of the Natural Parkland Reserva de Caza Andaluza.
The apartment is set in beautiful landscaped walkways and lush, well maintained tropical gardens with Palm trees, Jasmin, Hibiscus, Bougainvillea, lemon and rubber trees. There is a security patrol throughout the evening and night time and almost all day.
Within a couple of minutes walk is one of the largest and probably the loveliest pools in Nerja with separate children's pool. The pools (unheated) are usually open from Easter to November 1st, have 2 life guards and access is free using the provided pool pass. Sun beds can be rented from the urbanisation. Surrounding the pool there are 5 excellent bars/ restaurants and a new roof top cocktail lounge with stunning views of Nerja as well as a small supermarket and bus stop. All these within 2 minutes walk of the apartment.

A bus runs regularly to the town centre and to the beaches so a car is not essential. The centre of Nerja with its myriad of tapas bars, excellent restaurants, 13km of beaches (including the famous Burriana beach), late night shopping and choice of night clubs is a 10 minute drive away or 30 minute down hill walk.
This stunning holiday home was bought and fully renovated to a high standard in May 2015. It is the penthouse of a 2-story building with only 3 other apartments. It is modern, light and airy, with good quality stylish furnishings, ceramic tiled flooring throughout and fully equipped to provide a comfortable, relaxing holiday experience.
Free cul de sac street parking is readily available close to the apartment which has its own private electronic entry system. Access is gained via private covered steps and so the apartment is not suitable for those with walking difficulties. The 95 M2 accommodation is all on one level.

With 2 retractable awnings you can enjoy eating or relaxing in the sun or shade whilst you take in the stunning panoramic views of the mountain, Mediterranean, San Juan and Nerja. The terrace also provides access to a full sized washing machine and storage cupboard.
Roof terrace
A wide stairway leads from this terrace to a large 35 M2 roof sun terrace. Perfect for al fresco living it faces both south and west enjoying sun all day with breath taking 360 degree views of the mountains, Mediterranean, San Juan and the ancient Watch Towers.
Take in the rays on one of the 4 sunbeds or read, relax or siesta in the shade in the large modern outdoor seating area where you can also enjoy a glass or two of wine as you watch the sun set.
